Many creators have been voicing their frustrations and concerns over the ban. Thousands, if not millions, earn their livelihood from TikTok. For some, it might also be their only source of income. Many are also disappointed with the ban, having invested so much time and energy  to build their platform, following, and engagement on TikTok.

With the decision of the ban not yet made, many creators have been encouraging their followers to connect with them on other platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat. These creators hope to safeguard their audience and maintain their influence in case TikTok becomes inaccessible.
